Everyone one is asking "what does inoteca mean?"

Here's the answer: 'inoteca is short for paninoteca. Paninoteca in Italian means 'sandwich shop'. Enoteca in Italian means wine & food bar. So if you read 'inoteca you would think we made a spelling mistake and put the 'i' rather than the 'e'. As we are a fully licensed Italian restaurant and wine bar plus a sandwich shop, no other name complemented us as did 'inoteca. Hence the apostrophe before the 'i'.

If you want to get technical, 'ino' also makes things even smaller such as 'piccolino'.
